At Brigo Home Services, every service is based on the condition of the property, accessibility, the work requested, and the scope confirmed in your quote or service agreement. We believe in clear and fair communication. If we discover that a service requires significantly more time, labor, materials, or specialized attention than originally expected, we will let you know before continuing with work that may result in additional charges.
Standard House Cleaning
Our Standard House Cleaning is a maintenance service designed for homes that are cleaned regularly and do not have significant buildup.
It includes routine cleaning of accessible areas throughout the home, such as:
Dusting and wiping accessible surfaces
Kitchen counters, sinks, faucets, stovetops, and appliance exteriors
Toilets, showers, bathtubs, bathroom counters, sinks, and mirrors
Vacuuming carpets and rugs
Sweeping and mopping accessible hard floors
Emptying household trash bins
Light straightening of common areas
Making beds with linens already in place
What Makes Standard Cleaning Different?
Standard Cleaning is for maintenance, not buildup. It focuses on keeping an already maintained home clean and comfortable.
It does not include detailed baseboards, doors, door frames, heavy soap scum, heavy grease, hard-water buildup, detailed fixtures, interior appliances, cabinets, drawers, windows, walls, or other areas requiring deep or specialized cleaning.
If your home needs more detailed attention or has accumulated buildup, Regular Deep Cleaning may be the better option.
We do not move heavy furniture or appliances, and areas that cannot be safely accessed will not be cleaned.
If the condition of the home requires significantly more time or labor than expected for a Standard Cleaning, we will let you know and discuss the available options before completing additional work or applying additional charges.
Only services included in your confirmed booking or quote are included.
Regular Deep Cleaning / Plus deep cleaning
Our Deep Cleaning Plus is our most detailed residential cleaning option. It is intended for homes with significant accumulated dirt, grease, soap scum, dust, neglected areas, or properties that have not received detailed cleaning for an extended period.
Deep Cleaning Plus includes the applicable services from Standard and Regular Deep Cleaning, with additional time and more intensive attention dedicated to heavier buildup and overlooked accessible areas.
Depending on the condition of the property and your confirmed quote, this may include more intensive cleaning of:
Baseboards, doors, and door frames
Kitchen surfaces
Bathroom surfaces
Reachable fixtures
Window sills
Accessible areas around furniture and appliances
Areas with heavier accumulated dust, grease, or grime
What Makes Deep Cleaning Plus Different?
Think of our residential cleaning levels this way:
Standard Cleaning → Maintenance
For regularly cleaned homes with normal everyday dust and mess.
Regular Deep Cleaning → Detailed Reset
For homes that need extra attention and removal of normal accumulated buildup.
Deep Cleaning Plus → Intensive Reset
For homes with heavier buildup, neglected areas, or conditions requiring considerably more time and detailed cleaning.
Deep Cleaning Plus does not automatically include every add-on service. Cleaning inside ovens, refrigerators, cabinets, drawers, or other specialty areas is included only when specifically listed in your confirmed quote.
We do not provide hazardous or biohazardous cleanup, pest remediation, mold remediation, restoration work, or specialized work outside the scope of normal residential cleaning.
For safety reasons, our staff does not move, lift, tilt, disconnect, or reconnect heavy furniture or appliances. If you would like an area behind or underneath a heavy item cleaned, it must be safely moved before our arrival or before we clean that area.
If the condition of the property requires more time or labor than originally anticipated, we will let you know and discuss the additional time, service, or cost before proceeding.
Move In / Move Out Service
Our Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is designed for empty or nearly empty properties before a new resident moves in or after the previous resident has moved out.
Because the property is generally empty, this service allows our team to provide a detailed cleaning of accessible areas that may normally be blocked by furniture or personal belongings.
The service may include detailed cleaning of:
Accessible surfaces
Kitchen counters, sinks, faucets, stovetops, backsplashes, and appliance exteriors
Toilets, showers, bathtubs, bathroom counters, sinks, and mirrors
Baseboards, doors, door frames, and light switches
Accessible window sills
Reachable fixtures and ceiling fans
Floors, carpets, and rugs
Normal amounts of cleaning-related trash
What Makes Move-In / Move-Out Different?
Unlike Standard or Deep Cleaning, Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is specifically designed for an empty or nearly empty property being prepared for a change in occupancy.
Interior cabinets, drawers, closets, refrigerators, ovens, and other appliances are not automatically included unless listed in your confirmed quote.
When interior cabinet, drawer, or closet cleaning is included, those areas must be empty before service.
The client is responsible for removing furniture, boxes, personal belongings, and excessive trash. Brigo Home Services is not a moving, organizing, or junk-removal service.
We do not move, lift, tilt, disconnect, or reconnect heavy appliances or furniture. If you would like the area behind or underneath one cleaned, it must be safely moved by the homeowner, property representative, or another qualified person.
Full wall washing, window cleaning, window tracks, screens, blinds, garages, patios, balconies, and exterior areas are not automatically included unless listed in your quote.
If we arrive and discover excessive buildup, trash, pet hair, construction debris, belongings, unsanitary conditions, or another situation requiring significantly more time than expected, we will let you know before performing additional work that may increase the service time or price.
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning does not include repairs, restoration, mold remediation, pest control, junk removal, or hazardous/biohazardous cleanup.
Brigo Home Services cannot guarantee the return of a security deposit or approval from a landlord, buyer, seller, property manager, or inspector.
Only services included in your confirmed quote are included.
Airbnb Cleaning Service
Our Airbnb Cleaning is a turnover service designed to prepare short-term rental properties for the next guest.
The goal is to provide consistent, efficient, and detailed cleaning between stays so the property is clean, presentable, and guest-ready according to the services included in your agreement.
A typical turnover may include:
Dusting and wiping accessible surfaces
Kitchen counters, sinks, faucets, stovetops, backsplashes, and appliance exteriors
Bathroom cleaning and sanitizing
Vacuuming carpets and rugs
Sweeping and mopping hard floors
Emptying interior trash bins
Cleaning commonly touched surfaces
Light straightening of living areas
Making beds with clean linens provided by the host when included
Notifying the host of obvious cleaning-related concerns we notice
What Makes Airbnb Cleaning Different?
Airbnb Cleaning is designed around guest turnover and consistency, rather than traditional residential maintenance or deep cleaning.
It focuses on preparing the property for the next guest within the agreed turnover service.
Laundry, washing and drying linens, excessive dishes, dishwasher service, interior refrigerators or ovens, cabinets, drawers, and other additional tasks are not automatically included unless arranged in advance.
Guest supplies such as toilet paper, soap, paper towels, coffee, or trash bags may be restocked when this service has been arranged and the supplies are provided by the host.
Our team may notify the host if we notice obvious damage, missing items, stains, excessive mess, or unusual conditions. However, Airbnb Cleaning is not a professional property inspection, inventory service, or damage assessment, and we cannot guarantee that every issue will be discovered.
Pricing assumes a normal guest turnover. Excessive trash, heavy grease, large quantities of dishes, excessive pet hair, stains requiring additional treatment, bodily fluids, or other unusual conditions may require additional labor or a revised quote.
If the turnover requires significantly more time than expected, we will contact the host or property representative before performing additional work that may result in additional charges whenever reasonably possible.
We do not move heavy furniture or appliances, and inaccessible or unsafe areas will not be cleaned.
Brigo Home Services cannot guarantee specific Airbnb ratings, guest reviews, or compliance with the individual expectations of a guest or booking platform.
Window Cleaning Service
Our Window Cleaning Service is designed to clean the complete accessible window area—not just the glass.
Depending on your confirmed quote, the service may include:
Interior and/or exterior glass
Window frames
Window sills
Tracks
Ledges
Accessible surrounding window areas
Accessible screens when they can be safely removed and reinstalled
Accessible blinds when specifically included
What Makes Our Window Cleaning Different?
Our goal is to provide a complete, detailed window-area cleaning, rather than simply wiping the glass.
Normal dust, fingerprints, smudges, dirt, and everyday buildup are included.
Heavy hard-water deposits, mineral buildup, paint, adhesive, stickers, construction material, oxidation, excessive grease, mold, or other unusual buildup may require additional treatment.
If only certain windows need specialized treatment, you do not need to upgrade the entire property. Those windows can be evaluated individually.
Permanent stains, scratches, etched glass, failed seals, discoloration, mineral damage, oxidation, or deteriorated window components may not be removable through cleaning.
Screens or components that are brittle, damaged, loose, deteriorated, or unsafe to remove may be left in place to prevent further damage.
For safety reasons, our team will not climb on furniture, countertops, appliances, roofs, fences, ledges, or unstable surfaces. We also do not move heavy furniture or appliances to access windows.
Exterior and elevated windows will only be cleaned when they can be safely accessed with the equipment approved for the service. Windows requiring roof access, scaffolding, commercial lifts, or specialized equipment may require a separate evaluation or may fall outside our service scope.
Weather conditions may also require exterior window cleaning to be modified or rescheduled.
If additional windows, specialized treatment, or unexpected buildup requires more time than originally estimated, we will let you know before completing work that may result in additional time or charges.
Only the windows and services identified in your confirmed quote are included.
Handyman Service
Our Handyman Services are designed for general household maintenance, assembly, minor repairs, and small home improvement projects that do not require a professional license, permit, or specialized certification.
Common services may include:
Furniture assembly
Hanging pictures, artwork, and décor
Installing curtain rods
Installing or replacing basic non-electrical household hardware
Minor drywall patching
Minor cosmetic repairs
Caulking and sealing
Minor paint touch-ups
Door and cabinet adjustments
Replacing or adjusting handles, knobs, hinges, and similar hardware
Installing simple wall-mounted accessories
Other minor household maintenance or repair tasks that do not require licensed work
Because every project is different, only the specific tasks described and approved in your confirmed quote or service agreement are included. Providing photos and accurate information before the appointment helps us determine whether the project falls within the services we can provide.
Materials & Parts
Unless specifically stated in your quote, materials, replacement parts, hardware, and specialty supplies are not included in the service price.
Customers may provide the necessary materials, or Brigo Home Services may assist with obtaining them when arranged in advance. Any material purchases, delivery costs, additional trips, or related expenses may result in additional charges.
Brigo Home Services is not responsible for manufacturer defects, missing components, incorrect measurements, incompatibility, or issues involving products or materials supplied by the customer.
Additional or Unexpected Work
Our quote is based on the information provided before the appointment and the visible condition of the project.
If we discover hidden damage, deteriorated materials, missing components, previous improper installation, or another condition that changes the work required, we will let you know before performing additional work or adding charges.
Approval of one task does not automatically include additional repairs discovered during the appointment.
If the project requires more time than originally expected, we will communicate this with you and discuss the additional time and any applicable charges before proceeding.
Safety & Service Limitations
Brigo Home Services only performs handyman tasks that can be completed safely and without work requiring a professional license, permit, inspection, or specialized certification.
Our Handyman Services do not include licensed electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, structural, gas-line, or other regulated work that requires a licensed professional.
If we determine that a requested task requires licensed or permitted work, we will not perform that portion of the project and may recommend contacting an appropriately licensed professional.
For safety, our team will not use unstable furniture, countertops, appliances, or makeshift platforms to reach a work area. We also do not automatically move extremely heavy furniture, appliances, or other objects to access a project area.
Important Service Notice
Our goal is to provide simple, reliable household assistance while keeping the process safe and transparent.
Handyman Services are limited to the specific non-licensed tasks included in your confirmed booking, written quote, or service agreement.
Brigo Home Services reserves the right to decline or discontinue any task that requires professional licensing or permits, cannot be performed safely, could reasonably cause property damage, or is substantially different from the work originally described.
If additional time, materials, or work is needed, we will always communicate with you before proceeding with anything that may result in additional charges.
